Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Ron McLarty began his acting career
in the late 1970s. He has acted on Broadway, television and in many
feature films. Among his most well known films are The
Sentinel, Blood Brothers, Daniel, Enormous Changes at the Last Minute, The
Flamingo Kid, Heartburn and The Postman. Mr. McLarty
has also appeared in a number of television series, including “Sex
and the City,” “The Practice” and “Judging
Amy,” and
he has had recurring roles on “Ed,” “Third
Watch,” “Law & Order” and “Trinity.”
Mr.
McLarty has also narrated more than 100 audio books, including titles by
Danielle Steele, Scott Turow and Stephen King.
In addition to his successful
acting career, Mr. McLarty is also an accomplished author and has recently
published a novel entitled The Memory of Running. |
